Structure of the R Series

The WON R Series linear guide uses rollers on the running surface of the rail and carriage as rolling elements. This model features four rows of cylindrical rollers with a 45° contact angle, allowing uniform support for vertical compression and horizontal loads. Rollers have less elastic deformation than balls, reducing movement caused by external loads. Due to the larger contact area between the roller and rail, the R Series can withstand heavy loads with exceptional rigidity, providing long service life and excellent impact and wear resistance. Additionally, reduced friction ensures smooth and quiet motion. By applying appropriate preload to the rollers based on operating conditions, the rigidity of the linear guide can be further increased.

R Series Features

  1. Superior quality and precision: Designed to optimize performance and reduce the need for manual operations.
  2. High rigidity and precision: Ensures stable and consistent accuracy over time, even under heavy loads.
  3. Excellent wear and friction resistance: Guarantees long operational life, even in extreme working conditions.
  4. High rigidity and load capacity: the R Series offers superior load support, compared to ball systems with the same model number.
  5. Low deformation under shock or variable loads: R Series has higher vibration resistance and shorter vibration damping time. compared to other ball systems
  6. High basic load capacity: Compared to ball linear devices of similar specs, the R Series allows a more compact design using smaller model numbers. With the same model number, it provides a longer life due to high load capacity.
  7. Wide range of specifications: Available in various configurations to facilitate design and integration.
